Background

Market research was conducted through competitive analysis of medical diagnotsitc and telehealth applications. Due to the unique nature of Cognigram's target market, we could only analyze three close competitors using SWOT and general UX teardowns to not only build scope, gain a deeper understanding of design patterns, heuristics, and to identify areas for innovation, but to also understand the market better.
